Ensemble "Créations"
The word "Création" means in French not only premiere, it also means creation.The instrumental ensemble "Créations" was founded by conductor Felipe Cattapan in Switzerland in 2016.This ensemble with variable compositions will involve highly qualified musicians to ensure premieres of pieces of contemporary music at the highest level while enabling creative and innovative performance of traditional repertoire at the same time.The ensemble "Créations" considers to be a bridge between new music and already established musical traditions.In this sense, the ensemble "Créations" is open for cooperation and partnership aimed at supporting this dialogue, in unconventional and interdisciplinary projects, as well.The ensemble will give a particular attention to Swiss composers (or composers who live in Switzerland), it will also continue successful projects that Felipe Cattapan has led in recent years.EnsembleCreation_Flyer_A5_Web (1).pdf Contact:felipe.cattapan@gmail.com |
